My first appointment was amazing ! Had images taken , my options were discussed. All questions answered . I made my choices . The staff then took extra time to complete everything needed to be ready for surgery . Put me on the schedule 3 weeks from now . Everyone was so happy, friendly and helpful . Thank you for making the process simple and easy 😀 Had my surgery today (2nd visit)removal of all bottom teeth , posts for all implants , and temporary teeth. I expected to be sore and uncomfortable, that’s my past experiences . I was so wrong !!!! No pain during or after . Was able to eat a couple hrs later . I am so happy … should of done it sooner !! I would recommend that you give them a try , I’m so glad I did .

I’ve been working with Dr Olsen for years now. He’s been so exceptional with everything his office provides that I’d hesitate to trust another dentist. He has done three implants, 13 cosmetic crowns and a root canal for me. I’ve not yet to have any problems with the work done in over two years so far. I also see Danni regularly for teeth cleaning. She is equally phenomenal and aware of my pain sensitivities. The staff treat me like family- they really care!

This is easily one of the most painful emergencies. You’re going to want to call the dentist as soon as possible. Meanwhile, rinse out your mouth with warm water, and try to keep the tooth if possible. Also, try to put an ice-pack on it in transit to the dental office.
So your tooth is loose, but it didn't get knocked out completely. That’s good news. The dentist may be able to save your tooth. Take some over the counter painkillers, put some ice on it, and get to the dentist as soon as possible
The sooner you get to the dental office, the higher chance your tooth will be saved successfully.
Oh boy, this is not fun. Hopefully, you didn’t swallow it on accident. If you did, don’t worry you’re not going to die. Try to keep the crown or filling if you still have it and bring it with you to the dentist.
Your tooth is going to be very sensitive to almost any sensation of things going into your mouth. That includes air. You can use clove oil to try to soothe the sensitivity as well as get some dental cement from a local drug store. But your best best is to get to the dentist as soon as you can because you’re likely in pain.
Toothaches can be the symptom of a lot of different issues. There is no way to correctly self-identify what the cause is by yourself. The best thing to do is start with rinsing out your mouth with some warm water. Then try to gently floss around the tooth to make sure no food is hanging out around there. If it persists, you’re going to need to take a trip to the dentist. An x-ray should help identify the underlying cause.
When something gets stuck between your teeth, it can become rather painful and could lead to infection. It’s got to come out pronto. Risk of cavities or infection increases significantly after the first 72 hours. Try to get it out with some floss. If that hurts too much, you could also try something like Soft Picks for a gentler approach. If all else fails, you’re going to want to call the dentist.
This could happen for a number of reasons, but is potentially very serious and could lead to death. You may have an abscessed tooth. Abscessed teeth are no joke. The infection can spread quickly, and since your mouth is in your head where your brain resides, you’re playing with fire if you let this one go.
People in the U.S. have died within days of neglecting an abscess. DO NOT procrastinate on this. here’s really nothing you can do other than getting to the dentist as soon as possible.
Braces have a lot of moving parts. Sometimes those moving parts break. This is rare, but it can happen. First, if they break, call your orthodontist asap and book an appointment.
If a wire breaks, you’ll want to get it somewhere where it isn’t poking you. It may take a few hours before you can see the dentist and you don't want to be stabbing yourself while you wait. If there’s no way of moving it to a place that isn’t hurting, use some orthodontic wax to cover it until you can get to the orthodontist.
If it’s a band that loosens, salvage it and set up an appointment with your orthodontist to have it replaced or re-cemented.
This happens all the time when you’re eating, chewing gum, or just not paying attention. Most of the time it’s not too much of an issue, but there can be circumstances that make it more traumatic. If the bit wound is deep enough, you may need dissolvable stitches to heal the site. In that case, the first step is to try and stop the bleeding. Rinse your mouth with some saltwater, then use a piece of gauze to put pressure on the wound.
If you can’t stop the bleeding and your dentist is unavailable, go to the ER. They may need to take a look at it.
A broken jaw is no fun. Basically, there’s nothing you can do for this other than take some over the counter painkillers and put some ice on it until you can get to the ER. You will likely need a maxillofacial surgeon for this and an surgery as soon as possible.
Wisdom teeth are notoriously painful. They seem to come whenever they please, and when they do, they can easily wreak havoc. Pericoronitis is an infection that can occur when your wisdom teeth don’t come in properly. The risk of this spreading is too high to neglect.
If you get it, you’ll know because of your irritated gums in that area, as well as possible bad breath. You'll likely feel a painful pressure in your wisdom teeth area also. See a dentist as soon as possible to get this resolved.

The sooner you get to our dental office, the higher chance we can save your tooth successfully.

Accidentally biting your tongue, lip, or cheek can occur during eating or chewing gum and may result in traumatic injuries. Although not typically a significant concern, if the wound is deep, stitches may be necessary for proper healing. Initially, if there's bleeding, apply pressure to the wound with gauze and rinse your mouth with warm saltwater. If bleeding continues and a dentist is unavailable, seek immediate help from the ER.
